Today is the Day!!!
I have been so excited for this blog hop! I loved making a "ME" for my sewing room, although for some reason, my husband doesn't think this is my most attractive likeness. Much thanks to Mdm Samm for another fun creation and to Amy Bradley for the adorable pattern. I have long enjoyed Marlene's blog and was thrilled to see that she was the woman-in-charge...and what a wonderful job she has done. Here's my interpretation..................
I just had to add a basket of my favorite scraps.........
And a spool brooch.........
Thanks so much for stopping by! Check out the wonderful blogs also posting their version today:

ReplyDeleteI love your interpretation of the pattern. The spool brooch is adorable. I love the tiny scissors, too. The measuring tape on the basket of scraps is a wonderful touch. The basket of scraps is very like me except I have many baskets of scraps. One friend tells me I save too many scraps and too small of scraps. One day I hope she'll regret telling me that when I find a great use for them. I think I found a great pattern for small scraps last night. She liked the pattern, too and I don't think she even thought scraps. lol The red glasses are a great addition to the quilt. I need not say more - I love your quilt. Thanks for participating and be a great inspiration.
